Week 1 of the 100 Day Flexibility Challenge is complete! Here is a brief overview of what went down.

Day 2 | 1 hour | Warmup ->Dynamic Stretches ->Light Static Stretches
Day 3 | 1 hour | Warmup ->Dynamic Stretches ->Light Static Stretches
Day 4 | 2 hours | Warmup -> Static Stretches ->Contortion Stretches
Day 5 | 1 hour | Hike -> Dynamic Stretches -> Tree Dancing
Day 6 | 1 hour | Warmup -> Gymnastics
Day 7 | 4 hours | Zzzzzzz…
I needed 4 extra hours of sleep on top of my 8 hours to recover. I also didn’t eat much, I just drank 2 gallons of liquid, ate a banana, and brown rice pasta with an herbed infused red sauce and extra fresh herbs, garlic, shallot, olive oil and red pepper on top.
