Relief Sweet Herbal Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp chamomile
  • 1/2 tsp raspberry leaf
  • 1/2 tsp dandelion; flowers stems
  • 1/2 tsp willow bark; aka white willow
  • 1 quart purified water

Instructions

  • Put herbs in either a reusable cotton tea bag or a disposable tea bag.
  • Boil water
  • Cover and Steep for 30-60 minutes

Notes

If you use disposable tea sacks as opposed to reusable cotton sacks you can make a larger batch for the days ahead to save time.
