Raw Vegan Stir Fry

A basic flavorful stir fry made from kelp noodles and raw vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kelp noodles
  • 1/8 cup carrot; shredded
  • 1/8 cup celeriac; shredded
  • 1/8 cup broccoli
  • 1/8 cup cabbage
  • 1 tbsp onion; diced
  • 1 tbsp tamari; or soy sauce
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar; and/or lemon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Stir the tamari and apple cider vinegar and/or lemon with the kelp noodles.
  • Shred and cut all the veggies to desired size, and mix everything together.
