cabbage; shredded

carrots; shredded

vegan mayo

scallions and spring green garlic

basil

apple cider vinegar

coconut sugar

curry

tsp
celery seed
1/2
tsp
mustard powder

turmeric

peppercorn

Instructions
Shred the cabbage and carrots,
Mince the scallions, spring green garlic, and basil.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
Notes
Store in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to 5 days.
