Super Crunchy Kale Chips
Raw vegan kale chips made with spicy sesame cheese.

sesame seeds

red bell pepper

nutritional yeast
1/4

onion

garlic cloves

serrano peppers

lemon; juiced

paprika

tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
peppercorn
Instructions
Rip kale off of stalks, try to leave the leaf as whole as possible.
Blend the sesame seeds until it becomes flour.
Add in the rest of cheese ingredients and blend until smooth. You may have to stir and scrape the side of the blender intermittently.
Massage the cheese into the kale.
Pour the bowl of cheesy kale across two ventilated dehydrated sheets.
Dehydrate at 115F degrees until thoroughly dry, approximately 12 hours.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 1 month.
