Spiced Tea | Ginseng, Ashwagandha & Holy Basil

A warm spiced tea reminiscent of cinnamon.

  • 2 ginseng leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp holy basil leaves; krishna
  • 1 tsp ashwagandha root
  • 1 quart water


  • Add herbs to a reusable cotton tea bag or use a throw away steep sack.
  • Bring water almost to a boil.
  • Add tea bag and water to a 1 quart mason jar and loosely cover with lid.
  • Let tea steep for 45 minutes or until cool enough to drink.


You can re-steep the same tea bag.
