Delicious & Highly Nutritious Fruit & Veggie Juice

A green juice that tastes good and has an array of nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 1 young thai coconut
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 small carrots; about 1.5 cups
  • 2 apples
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 slice ginger; about a quarter sized piece

Instructions

  • Use a hatchet, aka cleaver knife, to cut a square into the top of the coconut. The top should pop right off if you hit it hard enough.
  • Process everything else through the juicer and stir it all together.

Notes

Drink right away to avoid oxidization.
