Ingredients

young thai coconut
1
cucumber
3
small carrots; about 1.5 cups
2
apples
3
celery stalks
1
slice
ginger; about a quarter sized piece
Instructions
Use a hatchet, aka cleaver knife, to cut a square into the top of the coconut. The top should pop right off if you hit it hard enough.
Process everything else through the juicer and stir it all together.
Notes
Drink right away to avoid oxidization.
