Salsa Fresca
A simple fresh salsa.

- 2 cups cherry/grape tomatoes
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 tsp red pepper
- sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Throw everything into a food processor or blender and pulse until everything is well chopped.
Store in an airtight container such as a mason jar, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
