Salsa Fresca

A simple fresh salsa.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry/grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Instructions

  • Throw everything into a food processor or blender and pulse until everything is well chopped.
  • Store in an airtight container such as a mason jar, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
