Herbal Tea for Flexibility and Relaxation

Ingredients

  • 1 qt purified water
  • 1/2 tsp rooibos
  • 1/2 tsp chamomile
  • 1/2 tsp holy basil
  • 1/2 tsp valerian
  • 1/2 tsp licorice root
  • 1/2 tsp milky oats; aka oatstraw

Instructions

  • Measure and put roots and herbs in a tea bag.
  • Almost bring water to boil.
  • Pour water in with tea and cover.
  • Let steep for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Notes

I like to mix a big batch together and put about a 1-2 tablespoons in each tea bag for a quart sized mason jar.
You can re-steep the same tea bag twice.
