Raw Vegan Stir Fry
A basic flavorful stir fry made from kelp noodles and raw vegetables.

- 1 cup kelp noodles
- 1/8 cup carrot; shredded
- 1/8 cup celeriac; shredded
- 1/8 cup broccoli
- 1/8 cup cabbage
- 1 tbsp onion; diced
- 1 tbsp tamari; or soy sauce
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar; and/or lemon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Stir the tamari and apple cider vinegar and/or lemon with the kelp noodles.
Shred and cut all the veggies to desired size, and mix everything together.
