Sweet & Spicy Herbal Tea Blend
A gentle tea blend for everyday drinking and/or cooking.
Servings: 1 pint
- 1/3 cup raspberry leaf
- 1/4 cup rooibos tea leaf
- 1/4 cup lemon grass
- 1/4 cup ginger root
- 1/4 cup chamomile
- 1/4 cup moringa leaf
- 1/8 cup holy basil leaf
- 1 tbsp juniper berries
- 1 tbsp milk thistle seed optional
Measure all the ingredients into a pint sized mason jar and shake to mix.
Add 2 tbsp of herbs to a quart of almost boiling water.
Let teap steep for about 30 minutes or as long as 24 hours.
Herbal blend can be stored in a glass jar for about a year. Keep it in a cool dark place.
Brewed tea an be stored in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
