Sweet & Spicy Herbal Tea Blend

A gentle tea blend for everyday drinking and/or cooking.

  • 1/3 cup raspberry leaf
  • 1/4 cup rooibos tea leaf
  • 1/4 cup lemon grass
  • 1/4 cup ginger root
  • 1/4 cup chamomile
  • 1/4 cup moringa leaf
  • 1/8 cup holy basil leaf
  • 1 tbsp juniper berries
  • 1 tbsp milk thistle seed optional


  • Measure all the ingredients into a pint sized mason jar and shake to mix.
  • Add 2 tbsp of herbs to a quart of almost boiling water.
  • Let teap steep for about 30 minutes or as long as 24 hours.


Herbal blend can be stored in a glass jar for about a year. Keep it in a cool dark place.
Brewed tea an be stored in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
