Herbal Tea Milkshake

A vegan cinnamon milkshake infused with a gentle herbal tea that is both sweet and spicy. Perfect for fall.

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup herbal tea
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 dried prunes or dates
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon


  • Brew your favorite herbal tea and let it cool to room temp.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.


Add more herbal tea or water if you desire a thinner consistency.
Use less herbal tea or water if you desire a more ice cream texture.
