Ingredients

  • 5 frozen bananas
  • 2 dates
  • 1/4 cup dried mulberries
  • 1 spoonful of peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk

Extras:

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean or 1/4 tsp extract
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 tsp maca powder

Toppings:

  • Handful of cacao nibs
  • Handful of pecans

Instructions

  • Blend it all together until creamy and dreamy.

Notes

A vitamix of blendtech with a tamper tool is recommended to move ingredients around while blending at different speeds until super creamy.
