Ingredients
2frozen bananas
1/4cuppeanuts
1/4cupraisins
1/2cuphemp milk
1/s tsp maca root powder
Optional
1/2cupfresh berries
1tspchia seeds
Instructions
Add all the main ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a glass.
Add berries and chia seeds on top.
Notes
You can use a raw vegan heirloom peanut called heirloom peanuts. Or you can buy unsalted dry roasted peanuts from the bulk bins. Dates can be used in place of raisins.
